Her mothers husband took her out of her mothers arms imediantly and smiled at his newborn. He was surprised seeing that the newborn carried blue eyes. He soon gave the child to the shaman angerly and hurried out of the Tipi. The shaman eyes had widened and the mother was overthrown with worry. She begged to see her child. It took days before the child recieved a name. Katkwakschnea, her mother was the one who confronted her husband, begging him to take the child as his own. The child was the outcome of a rape, a White Man's deed. Luckily he agreed and named the child Luhlaza Kanohi (The blue eyed). Luhlaza grew up to be a beautiful woman, living up to the expectations of her totem and tribe. She grew up to be one of the best shots with the bow, and she quickly learned the skills needed to make traditional clothings, food, tools and weapons like all the women needed. As she came by age she was also courted, yet her adoptive father Imrewpeo had already promised her to become the mate of Choctaw, one of the best hunters in the tribe. Laza was happy for her fathers choice and the couple soon got united and a daughter came to life. Luhlaza was filled with joy and she teached her daughter all she could. Her husband Choctaw was loving and caring to them both and he also took big part in raising their daughter. One day the tribes leader returned from a meeting with the White Man, saying that he had sold their land, in trade for barrels with the toxic liquid that blurred their brains. The women in the tribe did not like this at all and some brave women went to the new settlement further down in the valley, wanting the White man to stay away from the tribes land which had been theirs for hundreds of generations. The white men laughed at the women and raped them before they let them returned to the tribe with a "gift". Red blankets to warm them all, as a piece offering. These blankets carried the evil bacteria that created measels, which killed the whole tribe. Laza was the only survivor, or she thought. While she was sick, having a high fever she thought she saw visions about a man walking in, howering over her before he bit her. Later she had dreamt of the falcon, her totem, and bats. She woke up later, turned into a vampire. She lived the next years, wandering between tribes, acting as normal, she fed on the White men (Europeans) for decades, she never touched an indan, however she wouldn't hesitate feeding on the men who had stolen her tribes land and killed her family. As the times changed Laza would customize her life and actions to what was to be expected. She grew hostile towards the pale skinned race, yet now she'll tolerate them as she realize she can't go feeding on them all just because they have white skin. Yet when she feeds, she seems to chose those with the pale skin. Rest of the story you would have to ask her for.
